Temperature offset support #56
Description
On my mendel headbed the thermistor is at the edge, which is 10-12 degrees cooler than the print area, it would be nice if we can use that offset in the fw instead of "artificially" lowering it in the gcode.
Either way is fine, but managing different skeinforge profiles is a lot harder than it seems.
