Walltime not being calculated or formatted correctly

The walltime in in the generated pbs file is just a integer which is not particularly human readable. I am not sure why this is, and not sure if it actually affects anything, however it should be fixed.

This is a problem arising from the interpretation of fields in the yaml file. Since the walltime includes the : character it is not interpreted as a string. Possibly interpreted as a time. So a solution is to quote the string.

I am unsure whether handling this separately is a good idea.
