Feature: Add nearest neighbour analysis to side panel

Create list of "Other nearby projects" which calculates coordinates of current site, formulates a postgis query to request 5 nearest neighbours based on coordinates (drawn from all tables except for "community energy"), and then displays these five in a <UL> with a small coloured box (rounded corners) for each entry with the name inside and background colour matching the dot colour (based on table name?), descending from closest to furthest. Clicking on the name will pan to new site; re-centre map, and refresh content in side panel.

This is probably the most crucial thing to get sorted at this point. Any progress working with that extra code I sent?
