Ubuntu: setup credentials for dput

As a devop, I would like my credentials to be loaded from a shared volume from my local computer. so that I can push the new Ubuntu packages easily.

## Details

I need to check what files we must share. I think it's a gpg key and ssh key? Also, a URL for the repo.
