KrakenUniq report analysis with Krona: taxonomy ID not found in local database #186
Description
I analyzed the report of KrakenUniq using Krona, but I found that some taxonomy IDs could not be found in the local database. I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to fix this. I installed Krona using Conda.
