ktUpdateTaxonomy.sh stopped working.

I use ktUpdateTaxonomy.sh inside my pipelines, in conda environments created by snakemake.
Recently, the last couple of days it stopped working. The only message available is "is your internet connection ok?", and it is.

Any light on that?

It worked for me when I changed the url in two lines in the code.

curl$timestring -s -R --retry 1 -o $name ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pub/taxonomy/$prefix/$name
...
curl -s -R --retry 1 -o $name.md5 ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pub/taxonomy/$prefix/$name.md5

I bag your pardon if it is a known issue I could not find.

Had to change those paths now to https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pub/taxonomy instead of ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pub/taxonomy.
