ui color change

Is there a way to edit the color of the ui. i want it to be black with white writing. If anyone can help that would be great!

maybe i should give a little more info. i have edit the code in the index.html file for the background will be black with white text. when i try to run the ui is still shows up the same way. i deleted the whole index.html file and its still calling the old web ui. where is it pulling the file from if its deleted?
