Reduce idle current of LED driver #37
Description
The OC7140 draw even in the best case too much current (60µA). In future iterations they could be replaced by better drivers or have their supply switchable (extend VLED with second MOSFET besides P400 for VBAT+ as well).
This is not critical as the low power timer variant will not have these drivers assembled
