PT2 BOM/Part errors

There are some minor errors in the Assembly Plan:

• D200 Pin1 not visible in assembly plan
• IC200 Pin1 not visible in assembly plan

There is a major error in the BOM

• R401 Comment is "R_1k8_0402" but it is a 100k resistor

There is room for improvement

• R401 is only a single 100k, it should be reduced to 16k as R310 (current draw too high #36)
