Notes and tags fields cleared when switching apps during bookmark/note creation

I initiate pinning a site from my Firefox app.

Pindroid opens and I paste in a quote in the Notes field and add a tag or two.

I switch back to Firefox to copy another bit of text for the note.

I switch back to Pindroid and my previously populated Notes and Tags fields are blank.

This has started happening long after the last Pindroid update, so it seems to be related to some other change in Android code that Pindroid needs to account for.
