Restore USB Receiver

I did the hacklet remote project awhile ago but I'm looking to restore my USB back to its original state. I know this isn't really your problem but its been so long ago I don't remember how to change it back. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Tbh I’m not totally sure, I would expect it to just work as I don’t change any of the firmware on the device. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful.
