[BUG] migrate queries don't work for amount of results larger than 1000

**Describe the bug**
Seems that I'm getting an error with this query:

Issue is that in batch procedures, different thread IDs are assigned to the dictionaries. This causes the key error across multiple batches since the thread ID is not present.
