[Feature Request] QAM settings built into plugin

Hello, I have a question - is it possible at all to add a feature to the plugin where QAM settings, like:

• Refresh Rate
• Frame Limit
• V-Sync
• Half Rate Shading
• FSR

...can be adjusted? I really like this plugin's ability to set all sorts of parameters based on both the game's own profile and also AC/Battery mode but I feel like the only thing I can't do yet is lock the game to 60Hz/FPS if device is in AC mode or lock to 40Hz/FPS if device is in Battery mode.

If you can't control such features from the Decky Loader interface, you can go ahead and just close this issue - or maybe you don't wish to implement such features to the plugin. Let me know and of course thanks for the hard work! Love the plugin!
