Build menu camera

When opening the build menu, it changes the zoom/cam angle, and is not adjustable while in the menu. It would be great if the zoom did not change when opening the menu, and if you could still adjust zoom/angle.

did this somewhat recently, will try to at least get that on a test branch with a prerelease soon 👍
