"Photo not available"

Not all objects have a photo. When there's no photo, "photo not available" shows up at 600px square, and sometimes there are more non-images than actual object photography.

I can check whether there's a valid photo, and if not just put a link to the collections site. Not showing the empty images will make the annotated commits look better. The downside is that then when the photo does come into existence, it won't ever show up for previous commits, which would be ideal. I'm not sure if @github ever refreshes their image cache, which would render this moot.

I could also write an @miabot that goes through and updates commented images when they change.
