Repro Steps

1. Launch Embedded Social Test App.
2. Navigate to Hamburger button and double tap.
3. Navigate to Home link and double tap.
4. Home page will be appear.
5. Navigate the page via swipe gesture.
6. Verify the speech of voice over when focus goes on profile name.
   Expected:
   Voice over should not provide inappropriate information when focus goes on profile name, it should not announce possible text before reading profile name. It should read just profile name and role.
   Actual:
   Voice over is providing inappropriate information when focus goes on profile name, it announce possible text before reading profile name.

Note:
1> Voice over is not announcing profile name when focus move first time.
