Error at step 10. ErrorCode: 500 ClassName: SPOAuthorization

Hi,
I am facing the issue during the step 10. I have verified all the config values are correct. I have looked at this issue but it is closed and did not help me : #730.

Issue:
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at Microsoft.Legal.MatterCenter.Web.Controllers.ConfigController.d__11.MoveNext() in C:\mattercenter\tree\master\cloud\src\solution\Microsoft.Legal.MatterCenter.Web\Controllers\ConfigController.cs:line 170 --- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown --- at System.Runtime.ExceptionServices.ExceptionDispatchInfo.Throw() at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccessAndDebuggerNotification(Task task) at Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.Internal.ControllerActionInvoker.d__28.MoveNext()
