What i need to specify inside this xlsx "MCDeploymentConfig"

I am installing the Mattecenter, and i am a bit confused on what i need to specify inside the MCDeploymentConfig excel sheet, so i have those 3 questions:-

1. Inside the "Create_group" tab >> it mentioned to "COMPLETE USER EMAIL ADDRESS e.g. useralias@domain.com or useralias@tenantname.onmicrosoft.com".. so in our case we want all users to access the mattercenter,, so do we need to add all the users manually ? or can we add one user inside the excel sheet, and add more users later on?

2. Is there any modifications we need to do inside the "TermStore_Config" tab?

3. inside the "Client_Config"" tab what is the ? and from where we need to get it?
