it appears that MsixPackaging@2 does not exists, what is the guidance for this security upgrade?

This issue affects everyone using these DevOps MSIX tasks and a few others- MSIX build and package', MSIX package signing, App Installer file for MSIX.
Can someone provide a timeline for addressing this?
