Control Center Data Last Refresh Stuck on Loading

The Control Center "Data Last Refreshed" informational seems to be stuck on "loading..." after performing a manual refresh. Prior to that, it was working correctly.

This may actually stem from the decorator being off. I have the approle on the registration, and the role is populated, and none of the other control center tabs were showing, only the graphs. When I toggled the "use the app role" the date resolved and all the other tabs started to show.
