I made a starter/example with orpc + contract-first + openapi + scalar + tanstack start (react)

This is for future-me as a reference...

But also for seeing a full opinionated setup from backend to frontend with these DX parts:

• Approach -> Contract-First + OpenAPI
• Mounting Framework -> Tanstack Start React
• OpenAPI Docs UI -> Scalar
• Backend Core logic decoupled from HTTP layer (/api -> orpc , /features -> core)
• Orpc initial context is split into two parts (web framework input + orpc plugins). So you can pass context from tanstack start and use inside orpc handlers.
• Backend Orpc builder pattern -> two builders, one for public routes and one for authed routes. Each builder is split into "contract" and "router" counterparts, so you configure them in a central place (applying middleware, adding errors...). You can add more...
• Backend Error Definition -> common errors are defined at the "contract builder" level, so any route built with the builder receive the errors automatically. Also the OpenApi spec automatically receive them. At the single route level you can augment the errors available.
• Frontend Error consumption -> using the "safeClient" to branch errors responses
• Backed Core is fake -> easy to replace with a real one.
• Backed Auth is fake -> easy to replace with a real one.
• Backed DB is fake (save on disk) -> easy to replace with a real one.
