Editable client names

Problem description:

Currently everyone is named Site Visitor.

Suggested solution:

Without going so far as building in a way for a client to enter their email (which may be a good solution, but lets not tackle this today) there should be a away to edit the Site Visitor field, whether its a button on an open chat, or a double click of the name on the chat list.

There is an API on the daemon that should allow us to update a client's name
