[ENHANCEMENT/SUGGESTION] Loading "bot is thinking" while submitting a solution

This can be done with response.defer logic. This is a great option to help people know to wait while it slowly submits the problem solution.

Just to confirm, would this message below have to be removed to complete the issue? Right now, the response.defer of the submit command is almost immediately replaced with this message when users are waiting for the bot to submit their solution.
