Missing search results

Searching for shorter phrases is causing unexpected search results.

For instance, the phrase "QR" is present in T1598.003, but searching for it does not produce any results. In contrast, using a longer string like "QR codes" or "these QR codes" returns the mentioned technique as a search result.

This does not appear to happen for other one or two-letter searches.

Additional information about this issue -

1. Titles and content are tokenized in a different way
2. With titles, the tokenizing is set to forward. Which means the tokens are generated sequentially from the beginning of the text. So we get results as we type in the search bar
3. With the content, the tokenizing is set to strict. Which means the tokens are generated based on exact word boundaries. So we only get results when we type in the entire word.
4. With content, the minimum word length is set to 3. Which means that tokens shorter than 3 characters should be ignored during indexing
5. "qr" is not in any title. So we automatically move on to search in the content of every page. However, since the length is 2, it is ignored because of the minimum length requirement (set to 3). When we type "qr codes" we get results because we are typing entire words and the length is 8.
6. Updating the minimum length to 2 will be able to solve this issue, but it is important to consider whether updating the minimum length is the right solution in this case
