Request: Preserve queue across credential resets #423

Hi, and thanks!
Spotify frequently invalidates my credentials, in which case I need to log back in, regenerate the tokens for the mopidy config file, and then be sure to manually delete the cached credentials folder. After this, logging in and playback is successful again, but the queue has been cleared.
This request is to restore/preserve the queue in this case.
I'm currently using:
- mopidy-spotify-git 5.0.0a3.r69.g72473e4
- gst-plugin-spotify 0.15.0_alpha.1_4-1 (kingosticks)
- cantata 3.3.1 (nullobsi)
