Requirements.txt missing and version compatibility issue

Even though the readme dictates the packages and their versions, tensorflow-gpu==1.9.0 is not compatible with Python==3.4.6

for tensorflow-gpu==1.9.0, Python>=3.6 is required

Could you confirm, which configuration is stable?

The installer breaks while installing numpy>=1.13.3 as a requirement for tensorflow-gpu==1.9.0
