Can't install mariasql in VS 2019 project

Hi,
I'm writing to you because I'm having a problem installing the mariasql package into a project.
In VS 2019 when I try to install mariasql I always get this error:

VS 2019 and VS installer are updated,
Python is in the right version (2.7)

and now I don't know how to go on
