Add ability to read Bitcoin payee addresses from QRCode

It seems it's only possible to send a Bitcoin payment by entering an address manually.

It would be useful to be able to use the device camera.

There is a QR scanning feature that uses HTML5 but its the browsers that have the problem, especially the mobile browsers, they have very mixed results. FirefoxOS seems the best :-)

However, since the feature in itself is not that stable, I did not want to introduce it to heavily as a front-facing function, just in case it got people disappointed.
