Support code folding

Feature request; allow code folding. Currently if you fold code it will be reset on sync.

@rationalcoding Actually this isn't quite the same as the other thread. That was explicitly for beautify. What about vanilla brackets code folding? It still unfolds it. It would be really nice being able to fold code again 😄
