Unsecure Filters does not work

Hello,

I test it in our multisite, and force SSL is enabled in entire multisite by nginx configuration.

Before wildcard SSL was setup, the video play well in Safari, Chrome and firefox, IE...
But, Afterwildcard SSL setup, the video only does not play in Safari, I tried a lot, but still not fixed.

So, I use wordpress-https and try to exclude the video page with non ssl, so that the video could play in Non SSl situation, and here is the screenshot:
