Table 18 — ChildList Node Childs should include the Wiring Object and Pin Patch

I think Table 18 https://github.com/mvrdevelopment/spec/blob/main/mvr-spec.md#table-18--childlist-node-childs in the  MVR spec needs to be updated to include Wiring Object and Pin Patch

Individual cables and the connections need to be specified in the MVR file.
