Local Offline Subtitles Search (feature request)

Hello Gents,

I am not sure if there are someone still supporting this plugin, I hope so...

Just I am asking for add support for local Offline Subtitles search, currently there are option to browse locally to file manually, but my request is different.

If user have folder include thousands of translation files with English names, he just put the path of this folder in plugin's settings and the plugin automatically search the local folder first then in case of no result continue online search to get files from online resources.
