Thank you for this issue. IDA 7.0 is not supported. Feel free to port IDAMetrics to support IDA 7.0 if it is required for you.

I just port the static script from IDA 6.x to IDA 7.5.
The exception was caused by the Tkinter, migrating to PyQt5 helps to solve relative problem.
