WebTransport support #3750

@MOZGIII

Description

@MOZGIII

WebTransport works in the browsers for client-to-server connections, so it could be used as a means to more directly talk to the iroh peers from the web.
Did anyone consider this? Would be a cool feature.

Typical WebTransport API looks kinds of like QUIC at the Session level (it is to the WebTransport what the Connection is for QUIC).
The Session establishment is somewhat similar to how Connection is established, but it has an extra step of HTTP intermediate step that gives the opportunity to accept or reject the session at the server-side (the listening endpoint of the connection). WebTransport also has a clear definition of Server and Client at the spec level as opposed to a single Endpoint notion of QUIC. But other than that they're pretty similar.
