Support searching for multiple short_name values for both collections and granules #92
Description
Currently, searching via short name supports supplying only a single name via the short_name query method, for both collection and granule queries. This can be circumvented by directly setting the short_name parameter on a query to a list of values, but that's rather inconvenient.
