MsBuild: Provide version tolerance between the different MsBuild NuGet packages #3

The different NuGet MsBuild.Project packages currently depend on a specific version of the NuGet MsBuild package. Most of the time they should be able to handle bug fix updates (but probably not feature updates). Should make this possible in the versioning strategy / how the packages are connected.
