[Task] Add wallet table to wallet.near.org

Background

We need to add more information to the wallets being display at wallet.near.org including:

• Does the wallet allow to create a named account without funds?
• Does the wallet create a funded testnet account?
• Does the wallet support NEP413 signing?

User Story

Acceptance Criteria

• Research relevant features of wallets, both from a user's perspective and a dev's perspective
• Add a table into wallet.near.org with all the relevant information
• Make sure people knows where to open a PR if they need to add info to wallet.near.org
