Test compatibility with ps 9

The beta version of ps 9 is here.
We should test if everything works.
With all the new supported PHP version

With the final version, the module is not working due to this issue :

Class "Symfony\Bundle\FrameworkBundle\Command\ContainerAwareCommand" not found while loading "Hhennes\ModulesManager\Commands\ManageModulesCommand".

I need to investigate if the module still can be functionnal with both 8 and 9 versions.
And maybe drop the support for 1.7 versions
