Support StandardFirmataBLE and Arduino 101 #109
Description
The new Arduino 101 supports Bluetooth connections, and Firmata has been updated to support this. We should support this as a new kind of device. This will offer users the simplest method for a wireless sensor/actuator system.

Ideally, this would be a selection in the AnalogIn/Out, DigitalIn/Out, Servo widgets rather than requiring a whole new widget. I.e. Serial Link or Bluetooth Link.
