Support StandardFirmataWiFi and Arduino MKR1000 #110
Description
The new Arduino MKR1000 is a WiFi enabled Arduino, and is supported by StandardFirmataWiFi

I think this will become one of the standard platforms (Wifi) for us along with the Arduino 101 (BLE).
