AnalogOut & Servo do not work if system in Edit Off/server mode

Hardware outputs for Arduino (haven't tested anything else) don't work when system is in Edit Off mode and running in server mode. As soon as Edit On is enabled, the outputs work. Hardware inputs seem to work fine in either mode.
