Sometimes a summary notification stays after the notification has been deleted by the server

I've seen this a few times (still quite rare), but this time I know how I triggered it:
I got a push notification for an app update and then opened the web frontend to install the update.
After that the push notification was gone, but the summary notification was still there.
I have no idea if this is a reliable way to trigger this problem.

Ok I also just had it with a Talk notification. Usually it doesn't happen so often that I realize notice it.

Same thing just happened again with the app update notification.

I think the logic we have might be fine, but it could be a race condition with getting the local notifications right after deleting the push notification.

And reproduced it again with the app update notification. It's probably not limited to that, but apparently a reliable way to reproduce it.
