Downloaded Podcasts not showing on app start with certain config settings

Steps to reproduce

1. Deactivate synchronization on startup.
2. Activate display of unread items only.
3. Have a downloaded and unread podcast item.
4. Open app again. Downloaded Podcasts section is not shown.
5. Enter and leave app settings. Downloaded Podcasts is now shown.

Expected behaviour

I'd expect the Downloaded Podcasts section to be shown regardless of these two configuration parameters.

Actual behaviour

See above. The section is only displayed after entering and leaving the settings, even without changing anything.

It's not a problem for me, I just happened to stumble upon it when toying around with the settings. Thanks for this great app! :)
