Bakta HMM pre-annotation files input fails #501

When supplying files to --annotation_bakta_hmms, it results in .command.sh: line 3: ${params.annotation_bakta_hmms}: bad substitution error
This is likely because you need to supply a single file, and also this does not get staged in the directory correctly. The module recieves this via modules.config rather than a input channel - will need a module update and then update in the pipeline.
