hamlib integration for (at least) S-meter reading #15
Description
Refs #11.
We should poll hamlib (using my bindings perhaps) every so often and log the s-meter reading and show it in mapview-psc when it is running in chase-car mode. (Obviously, this should be recorded as well and graphed in mapview-generate-charts.)
