Move to `DependencyTrack` GitHub organization

Move this project to the DependencyTrack GitHub organization.

@nscuro actually, could it make sense to move it to the package-url org? or at least maintain a mirror there?

@pombredanne That was kind of the plan from the very beginning: DependencyTrack/dependency-track#2826

The code should stay internal to DT at first, but as it matures, we should consider "donating" it to the Package URL organization to benefit the wider community.

I'm happy to move versatile under the PURL org, even with copyright transfer and all that jazz. I mainly don't want this to be a library maintained by a single individual.
