In addition to the Events page, we want a page to collate opportunities for talent development and reward that students can look forward to or pursue.

Task

1. new Talent Development page created in /pages
2. Index page updated with link to Talent Development
3. Add three paths of talent development:
   • Computer Science (Algorithms and Data Structures)
   • Cybersecurity
   • Application Design and System Development
4. Flesh out the key/linchpin programmes for each path
   • Computer Science
     • NOI Training + NOI
     • AIO/CAT/OUCC?
   • Cybersecurity
     • CSIT Computing Scholarship (category: Scholarships)
     • NCO
     • Cyberthon / DSTA BrainHack
   • Application Design and System Development
