Refreshing Project / Reloading Cuttle does not Preserve Build Mode

Easy to reproduce:

• Load any project into Cuttle
• Set build mode to Compile Once
• Refresh the project or close and reopen Cuttle

The build mode will now be Auto Compile. I think someone might have mentioned that the refresh button won't be necessary at some point, but as long as it's still there, it should preserve your build type, and definitely reloading the application should.
