ideas on refactoring

going to create a refactor branch to explore some ideas on refactoring. And @oakmac you can review it on the branch before merging.

• consolidate UI state, and dispatch page from a top level component consolidate UI state #47
• move state to state.cljs so we can start having separate modules operate on it
• start splitting up cuttle.main_page
• start splitting up cuttle.exec
