Talkback not announcing the Name and Role for the header #486
Description
Talkback does not correctly announce the Touchable Section Name and its role. When interacting with the touchable section, Talkback first announces "Expanded, double tap to expand" for the parent element. Subsequently, it announces the Section Name and role for the renderHeader component.
Expected Outcome: Talkback should treat the touchable section as a single component, announcing the Section Name and role without dividing it into two separate components.
